The National Skydiving Museum Celebrates
"The Birth of Formation Skydiving - The Start Crest Recipient Award"
and the
2012 Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony
November 9 - 11 at Skydive Arizona in Eloy
Since its inception in 1967, the Star Crest Awards program has become one of skydiving’s oldest and most universal traditions. Now we want to celebrate this 45 year old award at the National Skydiving Museum's weekend honoring our rich history and inducting the 2012 class to the Hall of Fame.
Friday we will pay tribute to the SCR Awards with jumping, demos and jump stories about the glory days. Bill Newell, who dreamed up the award to honor his friend Bob Buquor will be there along with pioneers from the early days of Relative Work. Get your logbook signed by Gary Young, SCR1 and Brian Williams, SCR8.

Are you still jumping? How would like to jump with past and present members of Arizona Air Speed and Arizona Arsenal (vertical).
Saturday will honor the Hall of Fame Class of 2012 with a reception, dinner and the inductee ceremony. Join the National Skydiving Museum to honor this distinguished group. Jerry Bird, 2010 Hall of Fame inductee, captain of Jerry Birds All Stars and generally known as the Big Daddy of Relative Work will be the keynote speaker at the Ceremony. The 2012 Inductees are...
